Telematics is a systematic way of exchanging information. It is a unique challenge for communication between healthcare professionals, communication between patients and healthcare professionals, and better coordination of tasks and actions. Telematics in healthcare involves the use of digital healthcare tools for remote delivery of healthcare services. Telematics uses information processing tools and telecommunications to provide a functional and operational framework. This, in turn, allows computers to transfer medical data to one another.
