Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS): Nursing Facilities

Nursing facilities include services that deliver skilled nursing care and other services required for helping the sick, disabled, or injured persons. These services are provided by Medicaid or by other state agencies. These facilities need to comply with 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart B requirements to receive payments under the Medicaid or Medicare programs.
